Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle POS duties, keep areas clean, and ensure products are in stock throughout shifts.

You must be flexible with hours, able to work in varying temperatures, and capable of light lifting while maintaining accurate paperwork and customer service. Join a team focused on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
