Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while supporting store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, restocking shelves, following policies, and assisting with vendor check-ins. Flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Work in variable temperatures such as outdoors or coolers.
• Climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping duties: cleaning, dusting, sweeping and trash.
• Restock products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
