Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, handle cash at the POS, and maintain a clean, in-stock store environment.

You must be flexible to work various shifts, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and comfortable working in different temperatures. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork within a Fortune 500 company with a long-standing community focus.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to store safety, security, quality, and operations policies.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards with proper cash handling.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
