Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varying temperatures. You will handle the register, stock shelves, and collaborate with management to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures.
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all areas of the store.
• Count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
