Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product education and convey it to guests.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences and educate guests on product benefits.
• Engage with guests, assess needs, and provide solutions for purchases and returns.
• Demonstrate and discuss product education and omnichannel options (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move around the floor to assist guests and support store operations.
