Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail stores. You’ll share top-quality product education, engage with guests, and speak authentically about our community and culture to help people move, grow, and be well.

You’ll move across the floor, restock, use in-store technology, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, luxury shopping environment while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address issues.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed.
