lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and authentic product education in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and share knowledge about our technical fabrics and community culture to drive a memorable shopping experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with team members, seamless on-floor movement, and adherence to store standards while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work and comply with local regulations (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest service and authentic engagement with guests.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value and benefits.
• Support store operations and guest transactions, including omnichannel programs.
• Collaborate with team to create an inclusive, respectful work environment.
