lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our retail store. You will educate guests on technical product features, engage with the community, and support seamless in-store and omnichannel transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences through attentive and authentic service.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value to guests.
• Execute end-to-end guest transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Restock, present, and maintain product on the floor according to standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Adhere to safety policies and store procedures.
