Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work documentation (EMEA only) and local requirements as applicable.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience while respecting guests' time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move around the floor engaging with guests and addressing store needs.
• Receive feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues for guests.
