ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Seattle property. You will assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and handle payments in line with company procedures.

Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting breakfast service while keeping areas clean and organized. Valid English communication and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests.
• Answer phones and check guests in/out; collect payment.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accuracy.
• Set up, maintain, and break down of breakfast display.
• Keep front desk and common areas clean and organized.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Collect guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards.
• Provide reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Adhere to safety and security policies.
