Job summary

No two days are the same as you learn about promos, loyalty programs, and store operations while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn about Target’s products and services.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs.
• Make guests aware of current promos and store activities.
• Know products and services to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Explain Target Loyalty program benefits and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features including Wallet.
• Direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns according to policies.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours.
• Comply with safety policies.
• Support guest services and compliance with laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.
