Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Richmond, VA to deliver an easy, inspiring guest experience and assist guests with searches, questions, and purchases. You will work with teammates to ensure fast checkouts, promote loyalty programs, and help guests use Drive Up and Order Pick-Up options.

You should enjoy helping others in a fast-paced setting, communicate clearly, and stay flexible to meet store needs and peak times. Training is provided to build product knowledge and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to guide guests and resolve questions quickly.
• Strong communication and active listening for guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests locate items or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and thank guests at checkout.
• Support team by assisting peers and staying positive and respectful.
• Promote store promos and loyalty programs and help with signups.
• Explain how to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Handle returns or exchanges following Target procedures.
