Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a seamless shopping experience in our store. You will greet guests, assist with daily tasks, promote promotions and services, and help guests learn how to use our app and loyalty programs.

You will engage with guests across in-store and digital services, balance quick problem solving with accuracy, and work with a team to maintain a clean and safe environment while supporting drive-up and pickup processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote current promos and store activities to guests.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features like Wallet.
• Direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist with returns and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies during open hours.
