Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and ability to engage with guests
• Ability to explain promos, benefits, and app features to guests
• Willingness to stand, be active, and perform physical tasks as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming store experience
• Engage guests to solve their needs and explain products and services
• Promote promotions and loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups
• Operate checkout and assist with returns while following policies
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies as needed
• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features
