Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, provide product and service information, and guide them through loyalty programs and digital tools.

This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to learn retail operations. As part of the Target team, you’ll contribute to fast-paced service, maintain store standards, and support customers through various channels including drive-up and order pickup.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient guest service and respond to guest needs.
• Assist guests with store services, promotions, and loyalty enrollment.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and assist with store cleanliness.
• Support with product knowledge to help guests find items and use services like Buy Online, Pick Up.
• Adhere to Target policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
