Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming experience, answer questions, and promote store services. You will engage with guests, learn about our loyalty programs, and assist with checkouts, returns, and digital features like Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and the Target App.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different guest interactions.
• Willing to learn Target loyalty programs and app features.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
