Job summary

The River’s Edge Hotel, part of the Resolute Road Hospitality family, is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Portland, Oregon. You will handle front desk operations, guest check-in/out, and daily interactions with guests to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out at the front desk.
• Register guests, verify reservations and collect payment information.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and recognize tier members.
• Handle pantry and retail transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Answer guest questions about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and report maintenance issues as needed.
• Balance house bank and prepare daily receipts.
• Assist with standard clerical duties and guest communications.
