The Press Hotel in Portland, Maine, is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. You will provide telephone and in-person service, greet guests, and handle check-in/check-out with care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.

• Manage guest accounts, charges, and folios during stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Prepare welcome packets and issue room keys.
