Job summary

You will answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism, resolve issues promptly, process payments, and coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
