Job summary

Bluegreen Vacations is hiring a Guest Reception Representative in the United States, with a focus on delivering warm, professional welcomes to guests both in person and by phone. You will manage guest qualifications, follow SOPs, and support Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will distribute and collect registration forms, assign guests to Sales Representatives by arrival, and keep Concierge updated.

• Quickly learn computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, whether in person or over the phone.
• Ensure that all guests meet the qualifications for their presentation, adhering to Bluegreen Vacations Corporation standards.
• Follow processes outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP.
• Maintain positive working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams.
• Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms, assisting guests with inquiries.
• Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives in arrival order.
• Ensure timely updates of guest information in Concierge.
• Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager when necessary.
