Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in/out procedures.
• Follow cash and credit card procedures per hotel standards.
• Check house count and update room status with housekeeping.
• Balance daily activity reports and perform cashier shift changes.
• Explain hotel amenities and promotional items to guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries or complaints with courteous solutions.
• Document guest accidents and handle shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
