Job summary

Kana Hotel Group is seeking a front desk associate for weekend night shifts. You will greet guests, complete check-in and check-out, and handle cash and credit card procedures in line with hotel and brand standards.

Knowledge of the hotel layout and amenities, plus strong customer service and attention to detail, are essential. You should have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hospitality experience.
• Experience handling cash and credit card procedures.
• Knowledge of hotel amenities and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in/out procedures.
• Follow cash and credit card procedures per policy.
• Check house count and room availability for the day.
• Review credit limit exception reports and obtain approvals as needed.
• Manage guest inquiries and offer solutions to issues.
• Explain hotel amenities to guests and assist with requests.
• Document incidents using the appropriate forms.
• Maintain hospitable and accommodating guest service at all times.
• Work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
