Kana Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and handle cash and credit card procedures. You will monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain accurate status.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• One year hospitality or customer service experience is required.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments.
• Knowledge of local area and amenities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in/out procedures.
• Follow all cash and credit card procedures required by hotel and brand standard.
• Check house count to determine rooms available for the day.
• Balance departments from daily activity report at end of shift.
• Explain promotional items to guests and hand out promotional materials.
• Describe hotel amenities to guests during interactions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints with solutions.
• Document any guest incidents with accident report forms.
• Work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
