Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to ensure a warm, welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out at our properties in Florida.

You will handle reservations, assist guests with local recommendations, coordinate with departments, and respond to reviews to maintain guest satisfaction. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and prior hospitality or customer service experience, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient and courteous operations of the front desk.
• Check guests in/out, collect balances, post room charges, make reservations and room moves.
• Answer calls from the switchboard with proper etiquette and assist guests with local information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth responses to guest requests.
• Process revenue from all departments daily and balance cash drawers; manage banking runs.
