Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently.
• Proficient operation of property management system.
• Ability to handle cash and daily financial duties.
• Ability to complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones.
• Check guests in and out and collect payment.
• Process reservations and follow Make it Right when needed.
• Maintain front desk area and common spaces.
• Support breakfast setup and display.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accuracy.
