Zusammenfassung

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and manage payments in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will promote exceptional guest experiences and ensure front desk operations run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, handling collections, and providing accommodations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and related front desk processes.
• Ability to understand and comply with safety rules and procedure manuals.

Aufgaben

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out, and collect payments per company guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right and maintain respectful service.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in line with procedures.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest common spaces in an organized, clean state.
• Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry areas as needed.
• Follow all policies including key control and safety reporting.
