Job summary

TownePlace Suites - Knoxville/Oak Ridge seeks a friendly front desk associate to deliver outstanding guest service, manage check-ins, handle requests, and uphold hospitality standards.

You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, promote hotel services, maintain PMS records, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction. High school diploma required; prior service/sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, maintain privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by encouraging future reservations and recommendations.
• Maintain PMS records and ensure balance of cash, checks and misc. at shift end.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
