Job summary

LBA Hospitality's Knoxville property is seeking a front desk Guest Service Associate to greet and register guests, assign rooms, and handle requests with professionalism. You will promote hotel services and foster guest satisfaction.

This role requires standing, multitasking, and strong communication in English; previous front desk or sales experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and knowledge of PMS are valued, with opportunities for advancement within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering to take future reservations and providing recommendations.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and contacts thorough guest interaction.
• Keep housekeeping and other departments informed of special requests and needs.
• Learn and utilize PMS.
