Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create a top-notch guest experience while completing store tasks in a dynamic environment. You will greet guests, handle the POS, and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.

Role requires flexible hours, good basic computer skills, and reliable transportation. You’ll work in varying temperatures and must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, with opportunities for onboarding and training for new hires.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale in line with corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping tasks: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal.
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
