Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle the POS, and ensure a clean, stocked, and safe shopping environment.

The role requires flexibility, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided as part of our commitments to growth.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area.
• Perform duties in a timely manner.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
