Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, enhance shopping experiences, and support store operations. You will handle POS transactions, maintain cash levels, and ensure a clean, organized environment while assisting with inventory and vendor coordination.

The role requires flexibility to work days/nights/weekends, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Benefits include competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
