Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class guest experiences and provide expert product education in our retail store. You will engage with guests, assess needs, and guide purchases while supporting omnichannel programs and store operations.

Key qualities include inclusion, integrity, teamwork, and enthusiasm, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; 18+ and legal work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the store
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have Right to Work verification, as required by local regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class guest experience and educate guests on product features and benefits
• Engage with guests, assess needs, and offer customized purchase and return solutions
• Share top‑quality product education and speak to lululemon culture
• Facilitate seamless transactions and support omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move on the sales floor to assist guests and maintain store environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Maintain store presentation, restock, and follow safety procedures
