Job summary

Lululemon is looking for an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You’ll engage guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

In this role, you’ll support store operations, move around the floor to assist guests, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience, including omnichannel programs. A strong emphasis on inclusion and personal responsibility guides daily work.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while respecting guests’ time.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Provide product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Perform store operations tasks including restocking, destocking, and maintaining the luxury environment.
