As a Guest Services Associate, you will warmly welcome guests, provide information about the resort, and assist with registrations and reservations to ensure memorable vacations. You will handle cash and card transactions, balance receipts, and respond quickly to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, understand).
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist from registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle money responsibilities.
• Complete all checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
