Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to balance cash receipts and handle transactions following procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with computer/office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with registration and checkout at the resort.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions and balance receipts.
• Manage reservations and provide accurate room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues as they arise.
