lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest service in our retail stores. You will engage guests, provide top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You will move on the sales floor to assist guests, process transactions, and support omnichannel programs while collaborating with a diverse team to maintain a vibrant store environment. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel to assigned store with own transportation may be required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest service and engage with guests to understand their needs.
• Provide product education and articulate value and benefits of the product.
• Process guest transactions accurately and support omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and store operations.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues and improve experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an inclusive, productive work environment.
