Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education about the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel options.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience.
