Job summary

lululemon seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and product education in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product knowledge, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

You will work on the sales floor to support seamless transactions and omnichannel programs while demonstrating our core values of inclusion, integrity, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in a store environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Open to moving through the store to assist guests and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences with omnichannel options.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
