Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world class guest experiences and product education in our retail store. You will engage with guests, share top quality product knowledge, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You will move on the floor to assist guests, handle transactions, and support omnichannel options while maintaining a premium store environment and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a respectful manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Support store operations and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to make improvements.
