lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically reflect our community and culture.

You will work as part of a team to ensure seamless store operations, support omnichannel programs, and maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment that aligns with our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have Right to Work documentation as applicable by local regulations (EMEA note).
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel options.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make improvements.
