Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our stores. You will engage guests, share product education, and authentically speak about our community and culture. The role forms the foundation of our guest experience across the store floor.

As an Educator, you will move dynamically on the floor, restock and maintain presentation standards, and support omnichannel programs while upholding safety and store procedures. A welcoming, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to move through a store to help guests and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences including omnichannel options.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right.
