Job summary

lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, educate guests on product features, and share our community-centric culture. You will engage with guests, support omnichannel programs, and help maintain a luxury in-store environment.

You will be an ambassador of inclusion and teamwork, welcoming diverse guests and collaborating with teammates to ensure a premier experience while upholding safety and store standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/ pickup in store, ship from store).
• Restock, presentation, and inventory tasks to maintain a luxury environment.
• Move through store to engage with guests and assist store operations.
