lululemon in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Educator to be the foundation of our guest experience. Educators create world‑class customer service, share top‑quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You will move on the floor to engage guests, perform transactions, support store operations, and help maintain a luxury environment. The role requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on inclusion, integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to move through a store and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits
• Conduct accurate and timely guest transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address it
