lululemon in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, share product education, and embody our community and culture. You will engage with guests, interpret needs, and guide purchases while representing the brand values.

You will work with a diverse team to maintain the luxury store environment, restock, use in-store tech, and participate in safety and policy adherence. Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, and holidays; competitive pay and bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock or relocate items according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks and adhere to safety policies to maintain a luxury environment.
