Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel options (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
