lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in-store. You will educate guests on products, assist with purchases and returns, and represent the brand culture through every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local legislative requirements (noted for EMEA)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnicommerce options
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed
• Utilize in-store technology to support store operations
• Maintain a clean, safe luxury environment
