Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to provide world-class guest experiences in our Maple Grove store. You will articulate product education, engage with guests, and help with omnichannel programs while maintaining the store’s luxury environment.

Responsibilities include restocking, assisting with transactions, and collaborating with team members to ensure outstanding service and store operations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation (if required).
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest experience, connecting with guests and offering product education.
• Assist guests with purchase and return solutions and omnichannel programs.
• Maintain store presentation, restock, destock, and cleanup to keep a luxury environment.
• Engage with team to ensure smooth store operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety policies and support a respectful, inclusive team culture.
