Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide product education, and authentically share our community and culture. Educators engage guests, reconcile transactions, and participate in omnichannel programs to ensure seamless service.

Role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to move throughout the store to assist guests while upholding luxury standards and store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and related local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences by engaging with guests and sharing product education.
• Move on the floor to assist guests and support store operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless omnichannel guest experiences.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and maintain store standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and transactions.
• Maintain a safe and clean luxury store environment.
