Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and over the phone.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service and handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support services team by managing calls, bookings, guest records, and store traffic flow.
• Inform guests of promotions/events and invite them to try services and add-ons.
• Assist with appointments, in-store events, and ensure a 360° guest experience.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards; maintain store cleanliness.
• Attend trainings and meetings for ongoing professional development.
