Job summary

Extended Stay America in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Guest Services Representative who will support guests from check-in to check-out and handle payments per policy. The role emphasizes accurate front desk duties, responsive service and a warm, welcoming environment for all guests.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in English, be capable of using the property management system, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards across front desk and public areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and vendors.
• Experience in guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible guest experience.
• Assist and respond to guest requests with follow-through; resolve issues using the Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registration, payment and departures per company guidelines.
• Handle collection efforts for in-house balances and maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Assist with breakfast setup, maintenance and takedown as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby and guest areas to company standards.
• Market ESA value to inquiries and convert to reservations and occupied rooms.
• Collect guest information per guidelines, probe for sales leads and identify opportunities.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards.
• Assist and provide reasonable accommodations to guest requests when possible.
• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures and reporting requirements.
